Do you want to work for an organization that values its employees? CCA not only provides competitive pay and benefits, but we also have programs and events to reward employees and create a positive and cooperative work environment. For example, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, submit ideas and raise issues through our Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) process.
We also host employee engagement workshops (employee fun, special events, education, safety/wellness) and events like picnics, a winter party, Day at the Zoo and Minor League Baseball games. Team members are recognized by their peers through our STARS program and we recognize members for length of service. During the holiday season, we get into the spirit by having management cook and serve food to employees and distribute gift cards to show our appreciation for hard work done throughout the year.

Eligible team members who desire to move higher in their careers will enjoy paid tuition! For example, Medics can earn a CICP (Certified Intensive Care Paramedic) certification, EMTs can advance to Medics and Wheelchair Technicians/Drivers can become EMTs. We’re proud to help our employees advance and this opportunity is available to employees who begin their careers with us or join our team later in their careers.
