Community Care Ambulance’s Billing Department is staffed with friendly customer service representatives who are available to assist you with questions, concerns or comments that you have related to the services that we provided to you.

After transport, Community Care Ambulance will submit your charges to your health insurance. You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) directly from your health insurance carrier. It is important that you understand what your health plan covers. If you have specific questions regarding your coverage, please contact your insurance company.

If you are without health insurance coverage, please contact us immediately so we may discuss your payment options.

If you have a remaining balance after your insurance carrier paid their portion, or if you need to pay your bill in full, you can conveniently pay online using our Online Bill Payment Portal. We accept all forms of major credit cards or you can pay using your checking account as an echeck.

As a not for profit community transportation company, Community Care Ambulance is committed to meet your emergency medical needs (911 service) and your non-emergency medical needs, regardless of your ability to pay; Charity Care write-offs are available for patients who meet our guidelines.
